ABOUT US

TierView Development (TVD) is a real estate company founded in 2012 dedicated to creating living and commercial spaces that have a durable aesthetic appeal and building investments that yield both a quick return of capital and long-term cash flow. Not afraid to buck market trends and challenge the status quo, TVD is committed to a finished product that allows tenants to feel like they are in the home they want to LIVE in; our sense of social responsibility ensures that we are the neighbor and partner you want to have.

Originally founded in 2012, TierView Development started with small projects across three states. By the close of 2017, our focus has tightened while our operations expanded to a total AUM of almost 30M in Philadelphia, PA and Austin, TX. We aim to double that by the end of 2020.

TVD’s primary investment strategy is “buy and hold,” always with an eye to the 20 to 30-year horizon. This translates to a sense of quality and deliberateness that is at the very heart of every action. Every deal is an investment in the city and community we are a part of as well as a profitable income producing investment.
