Alina joined TierView Development in 2021 to lead the design department. Focusing on space planning, coordinating finish materials, and meticulous budget organization, she seamlessly blends functionality with aesthetics. Her role has since expanded to encompass entitlement work and she has spear-headed building marketing materials for every project. Alina enjoys collaborating closely with all departments to ensure tenants feel at home in the final building delivered.

Beth has been with Tierview Property Management since January 2017. She has been instrumental in developing Tierview Property Management into a full-service, customer-oriented organization focused on resident retention and relations. Beth is responsible for handling all leasing, marketing, and community relations throughout TierView’s portfolio. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, she loves her position and the entire team. In her spare time, Beth enjoys golf, cooking, gardening, and boating.

Bill came to TierView Development in the Spring of 2023 to develop & manage the in-house construction department. Mr. Strehse comes to Tierview with over 30 years of experience managing construction projects from residential renovation to high-rise redevelopment. He has recently managed over 500 Million dollars of redevelopment in Philadelphia. Bill has managed projects in Miami, Washington, DC, and San Francisco, along with NYC and the country's Northeast region. 

Jeovani, a member of TierView Property Management since 2022, plays a crucial role behind the scenes. He oversees communications, schedules daily maintenance for TierView’s portfolio of finished buildings, manages access control and camera usage, monitors utilities, and ensures building safety certifications.

Jenn joined TierView Development as the company’s third employee in 2013. Ms. Patrino oversees a $30 million portfolio comprising several hundred thousand square feet of commercial, mixed-use, and residential space in Austin, TX, and Philadelphia, PA. Jenn leads all acquisitions, design development, and construction administration for TierView Development.

Jim joined TierView Development in 2024 and serves as the company’s Controller. With a robust background in accounting and finance, Jim oversees financial operations, budgeting, and reporting for TierView Development. His expertise ensures efficient financial management and strategic planning across the organization’s portfolio.

Josh joined TierView Property Management in 2020. After building the organization’s first maintenance department, his team is now responsible for the upkeep and beautification of over 13 properties alongside the repairs of more than 500 residents.

Moira started her professional career in higher education prior to making the leap into real estate development. TierView brought Moira onboard in 2022, where she began as a Contract Administrator before transitioning into her current role as Design Coordinator. A native Philadelphian, Moira is a graduate of Temple University where she studied Art History and Design.

Moe joined TierView Construction in January 2024, bringing over 15 years of experience in both commercial mixed-use and residential construction. As a seasoned construction manager, he takes pride in his roles, which include supervising and directing subcontractors, managing material procurement and purchasing, and overseeing project execution. Moe is also dedicated to ensuring site safety management and that every project runs smoothly and safely.

Nathan joined TierView Development in 2016 and possesses institutional knowledge of all property management, development, and construction department operations. He provides support to each department in financial, accounting, legal, technology, and reporting matters.

Stephanie joined TierView in 2022, bringing over 10 years of experience in real estate. Her patient nature and love of organization make her a valuable asset to property management. Outside of work, she is busy raising three young kids and enjoys spending her spare time outdoors, hiking, or tending to her garden.

Tim Lux joined TierView Development in 2020 to lead the development department, guiding projects from acquisition through stabilization while ensuring they meet timeline and budget requirements. He assists in the underwriting process to evaluate future deals through costing and identifying potential rent revenue. Tim also manages design, entitlements, and construction, delivering innovative, tenant-focused buildings for the property management team.

Wanda joined TierView in 2022 as the Human Resources Coordinator. She is responsible for all matters related to human resources, office management, employee engagement, and community volunteering. With over 30 years of corporate HR experience, Wanda uses her strong organizational and people skills, along with a cheerful outlook, to manage day-to-day operations. She ensures the office is well-supplied and the team always has what they need to do their jobs. Outside of work, Wanda loves to garden, spend time with family and friends, relax by the ocean or any body of water, and enjoy listening (and dancing) to all types of music.
